This is my 5th year doing the 24 in 24, it is the most challenging thing I have done but it has also been the most rewarding. The kids and their families go through so much and to know that doing this for them can help in so many ways makes it all worth it.

About Team Jordan
Jordan was born July 1st, 2017, with a very rare congenital heart defect called “Shone’s Complex.” Shone’s Complex accounts for less than 1% of all congenital heart diseases. The maternal fetal medicine specialist at the Cleveland Clinic discovered Jordan’s heart defect during the anatomy scan at 20 weeks gestation. From the time Jordan was born and even now, he is followed by Dr Zahka, a pediatric cardiologist. With Dr Zahka and Dr Najm’s excellent data and expertise on Jordan’s condition, Jordan had his first open heart surgery at just 6 days old for extensive aortic arch repair at the Cleveland ...
