WHY I'M RUNNING

This will be my 3rd 24 in 24 challenge. I have ran many races including 3 marathons , but this event is so much more than a race. Although I’m completing a physical/mental event, it doesn’t compare to the immeasurable strength these kids and their families endure.

About Team Amelia

Amelia was born on December 31, 2014. She came into this world as a 23 week, 1lb 2oz micro-preemie. Her twin sister Grace was only 7 oz and passed away at two hours old. Amelia spent the first 176 days of her life in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
